ADDRESSING COVID-19

Hello!! We have missed our patients!! But before we see those smiles again, read about what we are doing to keep our patients and team healthy and safe.

COVID-19 SCREEN

All patients and team members will complete a screening questionnaire to ensure it's safe for all to proceed with care.

TEMPERATURE CHECKS

We are taking temperatures of all our team members and patients upon arrival. Anyone with a reading >100.3 F will be asked to return to home or reschedule their appointment.

MASKS

We ask that all patients and parents entering the office wear their own mask. Our team will be wearing masks, too, in addition to protective gowns and eyewear.

HAND SANITIZER

We will provide hand sanitizer for all who enter and leave the office.

WAITING ROOM

There will be limited seating and we will no longer offer magazines, childrens toys or iPads in the waiting room. We ask that you wait for your child in the comfort of your own car.

KIDS ONLY

We have always enjoyed interacting with our families about oral health but to help decrease traffic in our treatment areas and to facilitate physical distancing as much as possible we are asking only children with appointments be allowed in the treatment areas and no more than 1 parent for a young child who needs support.

PRACTICE UPGRADES

We have employed air purification systems throughout the office in addition to UV light sterilization to our air conditioning systems in efforts to provide the cleanest air.

WE ARE DIGITAL

All forms, consents and payments can be completed online. Our team will be texting or emailing you additional information prior to your child's appointment.

TELEDENTISTRY

Some consultations can be provided by our doctors without entering the office! Our administrative team can discuss more with you if this is an option for your child.

MORE TIME

We are working diligently behind the scenes for your child. Please be patient as we are adapting to this new way of dentistry. We will need more time to ensure proper disinfection and preparation for your child's visit and more time for the check-in and check-out process. More time means less patients are able to be seen during the day and less appointments available overall. Please know our doctors and team will be working overtime to do their best to accommodate everyone's needs.
